Hemal Jhaveri is a resident of Lone tree City, Colorado. He received his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Denver and his Master’s in Computer Information Systems from the University of Denver. Hemal Jhaveri started his first company– SofTec Solution in 1996, when he was a resident of a Lone tree, and became the richest person in the entire city.

There are a few businessmen who have been as flamboyant and successful, but one of the main reasons behind his success is the way he treats his staff. Hemal Jhaveri invites some of his staff to his own island to spend holidays with him. He enjoys talking to them and listening to their ideas. He quotes, “If my staff are happy, then my customers will be happy too,”
